Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We use USPS Priority shipping. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 business hours after order is received. Priority mail domestics takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Priority mail international takes 6-10 business days for delivery. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to holidays and bad weather.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly offer exchange or store credit on unworn products. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, makeup or deodorant) with all product tags attached and no alterations. Any item not received in good conditions, free of all odors, stains and damages will NOT be accepted. If we detect an item is worn, we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. Items must be sent back to TMFASHION within 7 business days of the customer having received the package. We do not do refunds. Our return address is on your package.
**Please Note: TMFASHION does not provide pre-paid return labels; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Accessories, bags, bodysuits, swimwear or shoes are non-returnable. Damage, defective or incorrect items must be reported with 2 days of delivery. Thank you for shopping with us!
